I guess if it still happens in 462 then nothing was fixed with moving that codeblock up and it was all an illusion, oh well.
just using a gamecube adapter and the button Combo, it works on gamepad, i wish i could test the adapter, but i have to get one

I do have the adapter, and just tested., soft reset inside game works (R+Z+Start), the one that REBOOTS the console (shutdown I think its called... Z+R+B+Down) doesn't do nothing...

Tested with v5.462 and USB GameCube Adapter.... on WiiVC Inject

I think with the adapter its l+r+z+start instead of that other one.

Sorry was using GerbilSoft beta build with emucard b, my bad, it's working correctly with GCN adapter >.<
Yeah, before freaking all of us out.. CHECK all of the possibilities.. xD

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I think it is me that must have misunderstood you, i thought you couldn't get it to work in tandem with the display on gamepad, did you mean the controls for gamepad don't work in tandem with the adapter?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Wii motion plus isn't supported, wait, i know what you mean, i bought a black wii with out gamecube built in and the controller that came with it didn't work on any of my homebrews

Well, that SAME controller work on vWii Wii Xplorer.. so why not on real Wii?

EDIT: Exactly!! Don't know why... maybe the apps haven't been updated? Homebrew Channel itself hasn't been updated in AGES.

They work in tandem, but GameCube controller must be connected in a port different from port 1, obviously. Like in multiplayer games Gamepad is P1, GC controller P2, WUPC is P3, Wiimote+CC is P4... For example.

About your other question if I extract the batteries for the Wiimote it just take as the controller was unplugged.

Just passing by to say that Wii Sports Resort works perfectly with my Wii U. (gamepad not emulated, played with my legitimate Wiimote.)

Games for Gamecube convert do not make sense. It's enough to translate Nintendont to NUS format, and games to store on SD card.
mega.nz/#!Q3YB2IBD!7qgl5llcIP-rL5xsYZpRKwGX2wcGmXiU16YBrpHesms

It makes sense for FULL SPEED when loaded from USB. Remember SD loading has some problems with videos.. xD

Try turning on the Nintendont force widescreen option and see how it goes, Force Widescreen does pretty good on widescreen for most games without a lot of issues.

Its not possible to change settings using the forwarder right? I have to manually go to vWii/hbl2hbc, access nintendont then change settings (must have 1 ISO on SD to prevent exception).

Correct, or turn off autoboot for a title and then you can configure nintendont.

@Psionic Roshambo, people who cant download it can still play the game

If your internet speeds are fast enough. Streaming 4k takes alot. I used to only have 20mb sec, and 4k struggled. Now I have 300mb sec and 4k plays fine.

@BigOnYa, i only have like 1 or 2 mb sec

Did you feed the hamster in your internet router? It prob died and is running slow now.

@BigOnYa, why did you start saying my pc has a hamster in the first place?

I think Game streaming should work like this.... Local Hardware able the run the game fine, game engine and common assets stored locally, all FMV and music and textures could be streaming

also @BigOnYa im making some progress on my gdevelop project, implemented various mechanics

They went all in on streaming, should have been more of a hybrid approach

Or free government supplied high speed internet be nice also. Like Obama care. Xdqwerty that's cool, its time consuming but rewarding once done or playable, to see what you've made from scratch. Animations take forever, but worth it.

@BigOnYa, although the bullets are a bit buggy

Not to mention this would be a massive pain to pirate

    @BigOnYa,
and the visual aspect of the game is quite crude (the sprite that looks best is that of the protagonist just because he is a stickman with sunglasses)

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
There is a bullets behaviour you assign to your character, that makes the code easier, under "behaviours"
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Itch.io has lots of free assets also. Under the bullets behavior tab, there is a "rotate bullets" option, can try that. Or in the code can try
    - fire bullet Player.X(PlayerDirection)

im taking a break for today anyway

That's cool tho, I'm proud of you going back to it, not giving up. It is difficult at first to learn, but fun once you get the hang of it. I think I've watched every tutorial video there is, but I still struggle sometimes to get stuff to work right. But gotta keep trying dif things, and eventually you will get it right.
