tl;dr: USA unfortunately didn't get any new passwords. EUR got 2 new passwords. 4 JAP passwords expired and 5 JAP passwords were added.

I have a problem with the plugin, doesn't open the ntr option in the game when I press select, I don't know if that is for my version of 3ds or something like that... pleace I need help :c

Perhaps a "Time Stopper" would be nice. You know, the thing that stops time for the enemy if you use mage and hold down "B" and sometimes the time will stop completely for the enemy..?

Have you a CFW on your 3ds? Have you installed bootntrselector like it says in the instructions? There is not meant to be a 'nrt' (presume you mean ntr) file with the plugin.

Yes you install it on your 3ds. This has nothing to do with PC except moving the files to your 3ds's sd card.
If you haven't CFW (like Luma), visit this page to install it onto your system: https://3ds.guide/

No, you go to 3ds.guide on your PC and folow the instructions for how to install 3ds cfw. Also you might not be able to get cfw on your 3ds if it is version 11.4.

The problem is, there's no damn way to get homebrew on 3DS.
