So how should i fix this:unsure:

I don't want to sound like I am brushing you off, but I can't replicate these results, nor am I am finding enough reference material to figure out a proper way to fix this. I am willing to admit that you've got me stumped on this one. My suggestion is to ask on the official thread. There is a high chance that someone has run into your problem before and or knows how to fix it. If this is an actual bug in Luma3DS, it can also be properly reported through the official thread.

I do hope someone who knows how to fix this can help. Hopefully with their help, you can be on your way back to enjoying your system! As well I am going to keep an eye of the thread so I can help others who run into this again. I hate being unable to help someone, but B9S is far too new to dig up that much information on. So it's even a learning experience for veterans.

IIRC, B9S isn't like A9LH and restoring your NAND backup with 1.0, will not downgrade it.
I could be wrong since Google is just no help with this one.

i'm just trying to find out what makes his console different from mine. Do you have a better idea?
I can see what you were trying to do, but if this is a CFW issue, the chances are its a problem launching the game and switching to extended memory mode.

IIRC B9S is also stored in the firm, which is why there is a firm0firm1.bak created when you install it. If there was some way he could restore that, he would be back to 1.0

that could be what caused this, because i have a 2ds and have tried to replicate this in every way possible
Alright. I can see that you were right. He made a modification to NAND (LocalFriendCodeSeed_B) so that could be related. I'm sorry

Goat was banned as well and unbanned by me.
But a ban won't cause this issue. Refer to my previous comment.
So I just so happen to have Smash as well and it's not happening with Smash either. A ctrNAND transfer won't fix this either because it won't change the Boot9Strap install.
I can't seem to replicate these results on neither Luma3DS nor the private CFW I run. Testing both of them from CTRNAND and SD card, all high memory mode games are running.
That crash you got though is the same svcBreak that happens when the ROMFS crashes (I saw it a lot when testing the ROMFS feature.)
I've seen this crash before, but it shouldn't be happening if the OP is running clean games. As well it shouldn't be happening either because the build I was using was made to crash for the sake of testing.
