I haven't noticed it rebooting, but now that I've tested, I think it might. How do you notice it's rebooting?

I think it reboots exiting System Settings on any firmware on any system. That's why they used to tell you not to exit before updating the system on EmuNAND, because it'll reboot you into SysNAND.

You're missing file(s). Recheck to see if you have all the files in all the right places.

I think you're missing boot9strap.firm from boot9strap folder.

What do you mean? If you're trying to switch to a new sd card you can just copy all the files from the old card to the new one.

I did but my backup was after the 3ds was hacked. I have to install carts over and I don't have the utils/apps at the menu bar now (like file browising)
