I have no idea.
Have you done the DSP dump - https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-dsp-dump.423860/
Yea I dumped the dsp, I managed to get a couple of games working. I think the emulator is really picky with what games it wants to run.

All the games i ran were .d64 format games and only a couple of them managed to work.

Also, i noticed something. on the bottom screen above the c64 is just a blue rectangle but, in https://twitter.com/marc_robledo/status/651011593174679552 it shows information in that area.

Do you know why?

Yup, that was a really early version. There was going to be more of a gui, but I changed it when I added the settings to the top screen instead, to make it look more C64 like.
If it's possible, would you be able bring it back? or change the colour from blue to black?

If you did that would be amazing.

I was planning on starting this project over, using the wii version of frodo for a base, but I can't even compile this version of breadbox on my system, perhaps devkitarm has changed too much since then :-(

Why do people always want to port crappy emulators? I've never used one more compatible than vice/winvice. If you have the skill, port that one.

You're more than welcome to port vice yourself, but it isn't really coded in a way that's easy to port. Also the Wii port of frodo is VERY capable and is probably the only emulator I have seen other than VICE that is able to run mayhem in monsterland. To top it off, the less 'crappy' the emulator as you so eloquently said, the more power it takes to run, frodo can only just hit 50fps on the 3ds as it is. Would you rather have an emulator that can run an extra couple of games, or one that runs at full speed?

You speak to me from the soul. Why is it not possible to implement a port for the 3ds, just like pspvice for the psp, which perfectly emulates. I do not know a game that does not run under pspvice.

edit:
That is no reproach to spinal_cord, I'm grateful that someone has made a C64 emulator conversion for the 3ds.

You know that answer. But to this date, this project hasn't done much in the way of running many of my games at all, so...
