So im trying to play super mario sunshine on the wii using nintendont and stuff
so ive got the iso file downloaded but when its extracted and i try to open it
it gives me an error and i cant do anything.

Does anyone know how i can resolve this issue?

Or if its possible, to directly give me the game.iso file?

You should never extract an iso :rofl2:. What guide are you following?
Im not as experienced as you, if you are experienced. Im just trying to play some nostalgic games.
...Maybe they meant if the file was zipped?

I recommend not extracting your .iso file and just trying it as-is.
Alright, so where does the iso file go?
Ive got Nintendont's zip in the apps folder.

is Nintendont up to date?

I ask because newer nintendont lets you use games of .iso files rather than the titleID. It also has updated controller support!

Wait..I thought you already have Nintendont?

You can update it from within itself.

So im updating it since it was from a link on the "tutorial" i was following, was 2015
Ive got nintendont installed now, i just placed the /sd card into my wii and it loaded it.
But it said i needed the "Disc" to play?

SD:/games/whatever you want/game.iso

I got the Super Mario Sunshine (USA) and renamed it into ---> game.iso
since someone said to not extract, i cant anyways.

But i dont see an option of play game*.

When you initialize Nintendont, you should be able to access an options menu; you can update Nintendont and make other configurations. You can even change the read speed to load faster.

You technically don't need a "disc" to play. What you probably might be trying to do:

"/games/Zelda Wind Waker [GZLP01]/Zelda.iso <--- WRONG :hateit:
/games/Zelda Wind Waker [GZLP01]/game.iso <--- Correct
/games/Tales of Symphonia [GQSEAF]/disc2.iso <--- Correct

If you don't know the GameID, you don't need to use it.
/games/zelda/game.iso is working too."

Once the file is in the correct location, after you initialize Nintendont, you'll see a list of games.
