Hi^^
I wanted to know if that is an isolated case or something that need a patch.

Every time I play with my sister on same console time to time and also one at a time we have input lag, what ever the pad configuration.

I tried with pro game pad + one joycon etc still time to time one pad lag like 1 sec.
Yes they are charged
No we don't have micro-waver next to us.
Yes my bluetooth stick from pc is disconnected.

By lag I mean when you turn with jump to drift when we release the button well the character still do that drift for a seconde around ^^

Si just wanted to know if there a workaround or i am not the only one ^^

Played several hours of multiplayer with zero lag so don't know why you are having a problem sorry.

There is no input lag in Mario Kart online or offline, even with steer assist on. Steer assist just kind of fights you when you're too close to a wall or edge of a track. If you have input lag it might be your TV/Monitor. You can check Displaylag.com and see if your TV/Monitor shows up there.

mind telling how ? Oo
Edit : tried and don't seem to have major lag there
Under the same conditions as when you played (same distance from the Switch and same distance between the JoyCons, held in the same position)?
The JoyCons tend to have problems from a longer distance, or when partially or fully obscured.

i am less than one meter from my console when I play ( only a keyboard between my hands and console in dock ) ^^
and this does not occur only with joycon but also my game pad pro.

Not that it would fix your issue, or maybe it will. Nintendo is offering to fix left joy-cons by adding a piece of square foam on the internal antenna. Not saying this will 100% solve your issue and I dont know if you have that service offered where you are but I'm just mentioning it.
