Homebrew Is it possible to now CFW 11.3

I have a friend who is on 11.3 and would like to cfw his 3ds and I looked on the guide and noticed it had a section for 11.3 so..?

It's not possible on 11.4 though, so don't update.

Yes, now it's possible to install CFW on 11.3, but it's not possible on 11.4

Don't even ask. Just do it. And from next time, visit 3dsguide.com before asking questions. They give you the range of firmware versions which are capable of installing CFW. And you said you did, but it didn't sound like it. I don't wanna be rude or anything here.

Don't you need to manually do some fiddling for the 11.3 version? Because I can't really get the homebrew launcher to load from that. Am already on CFW so its not a big problem, but would be nice to be able to use homebrew without installing it all as an app!

HBL is still broken for O3DS/2DS on 11.4. At least I haven't been able to get it to work.
