Need help with modding my 3ds xl

I'm having issues modding my 3ds xl. I'm using the guide 3ds.hacks.guide. But when I had to put the SD card back into my 3ds for section 2 step 13 my 3ds is stuck on a loading screen. I tried looking through the troubleshooting and following that along with restarting everything in the guide but it's not working. And now on top of that when I go into the extra save in my settings on my 3ds it's stuck on a loading screen to
