I can get into it with Firefox and Chrome just fine. What exactly is the problem, and are you using a VPN?

I don't think so because I was able to reach the page yesterday with Chrome. But today I can't. Hmm..

Was going to say, this is region spoofing and therefore not legal.

@Real.96 - did you say there is a way to do this legitimately? Would be useful to add that to the guide for noobs like me!

Also, worth noting that the code is available in western outlets like amazon albeit in Japan. So there's a chance it might not be region locked.

on 3ds.guide you can find it You have to make an emunand, instead of doing it in the sysnand

I've fixed the origins of a few of region-locked event pokemon from 6th Gen, without touching any of their natures or IVs, does it count?

I'd rather RNG legit pokemon generated by the game itself more than generating legal hacked pokemons through PkHex. :B

If the event isn't region locked then it's fine. I ran into this problem with a shiny Arceus, soft reset the old fashioned way with all IVs above 29 - it was illegal because the event was JPN exclusive.

It is still a modification, so it will be legal but for me it isn't legit. Also for many other people xD A legit pokemon don't have to be modified
