The National Dex isn't in Sun/Moon, it's just a Pokebank thing. There's homebrew that can be used instead of the official Pokebank but it should be obvious that there's no way to use a paid online service without paying for it.

Pksm has a bank feature that works pretty well. Only issue is no gen5-6 transferring but it's in development thankfully.

eShop works in Brazil.
I paid for Pokémon Bank using a Banco do Brasil card. Not all national cards work, but all international cards ( including pre-paid ones ) work.

Just get a pre-paid one and you're good to go. Pokémon Bank is cheaper here than it is on the US too.

Owning a DS/3DS and complaining about spending $5 per year is a pretty moot point. That's literally a drink at starbucks, one meal, a pack of pokemon cards... Etc. If it was $5/month I could understand (maybe) but $5 a YEAR? I mean even if you're 12 you should get allowance or something, buy a $10 eShop card once in 12 months Lol.

BTW, for gen 5-6 free transfering, you could use pokesav/PKHEX and that one homebrew that allowed for DS games backups if you had dream radar

It's certainly not. $5 compared to R$20.

Also for the record, people who were banned then unbanned can't use pokebank even if they are willing to spend the money (me). It's not about being lazy to spend the money, there genuinely need to be other ways for users who are willing to pay who cannot use pokebank.

I was banned too and got rid of both my errors. I can use PokeBank just fine with my new NNID.
