If you mean launching Luma with the Homebrew Launcher on anything above 9.2.0, then no. You NEED to downgrade. This is just a Homebrew entrypoint. Can you use Luma with it?

I've tried this what is most likely above fifty times, on the latest firmware, old 3ds, and it has not worked for me once. I've quadruple-checked my files, they're all in order, but what I think to be the closest I've come was when I hit "Shuffle play" and the screen started to change colors. Can anybody help me?
Did you renamed "soundhax-usa-o3ds.m4a" to "soundhax.m4a"?0% boot rate, it doesn't even crash, it just says "Could not play". I put otherapp.bin and soundhax-usa-o3ds.m4a on the root of my SD card, I checked that the otherapp was of my 3ds's firmware (11.0.0-33u), I do have the starter kit (I've used basehax and menuhax succesfully many times before on the same firmware), any help? Maybe due to my menu's wallpaper?
Nope, I'll try and post my resultsDid you renamed "soundhax-usa-o3ds.m4a" to "soundhax.m4a"?
