do i have to flash my sd card , do i need to reinstall homebrew launcher ? or do i just add the a9lh files and install them
my sysnand is on 9.2.0-20E
my emunand is on 11 something

Don't ignore anything. The whole guide is done on your sysNAND and you have nothing installed to sysNAND yet. At the end, there will be an optional step for you to follow if you would like to move the data from your emuNAND to your sysNAND.

Edit: if you read the text below the "get started" button, you will see:

  • If you have already hacked your 3DS before to get an EmuNAND setup, and would like to move the contents of your previous EmuNAND to your new SysNAND CFW, you should follow all instructions and restore your existing EmuNAND when prompted once you reach Installing arm9loaderhax.

Heres one tip

when the guide tells you to launch decrypt9 it won't tell you to use menuhax as a enterypoint (it will tell you to use a cart exploit instead) mainly because it can cause minor issues during the ctr transfer. What you can do however is right when you get into the hbl with menuhax you can uninstall menuhax first then proceed to decrypt9 once you exit the menuhax manager and you get back into the hbl.

19. Clear Home Menu’s extdata by navigating to the following folder on your SD card: /Nintendo 3DS/(32 Character ID)/(32 Character ID)/extdata/00000000/
  • EUR Region: Delete 00000098
  • JPN Region: Delete 00000082
  • USA Region: Delete 0000008f
  • CHN Region: Delete 000000A1
  • KOR Region: Delete 000000A9
  • TWN Region: Delete 000000B1
Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax
  1. Reinsert your SD card into your 3DS
do i need to remove menuhax ?
The very last prep step before installing arm9loaderhax uninstalls menuhax.

Just follow the guide to the letter and you'll be golden. I'd recommend you ignore @Ominous66521 suggestion, and do what the guide says when it says it.

It's when you start going "off script" that issues arise.

Fun fact,The guide doesn't say to use menuhax since it can interrupt the tools within decrypt9.You only need it to get into the hbl anyway

Wait so you already did the ctr transfer to 2.1 and installed a9lh? That was rather quick.

i am trying to install menuhax now and its telling me :
do you want to override the detected system version ? normally using this will cause the sytem menu to fail to boot until the intended home menu version is installed
do i choose yes ? is it safe ?
sorry for the stupid questions haha
edit : sorryjust read that i should decline

There should be a option to uninstall it.Dont reinstall it.

Edit-It should be the second option that says "delete"

The folder where your sysnand is most likely.Quite possibly the one that has the less data on it will be the sysnand folder.
