I would like to download Freeshop! I juste have HomeBrew launcher

Possible, maybe, we'll see at 33c3. I wouldn't count on it though.

No, it won't work with the public exploits with have now.
Soon? Depends on what that means for you, but it could take 1 day, 1 month or maybe more than a year for new exploits to be found / revealed.

You still can't install legit cias on 11.2 btw.

If there is another arm11 exploit, it will be possible with the same method used on 11.0 and 11.1 (dsiware).
Else, if there is another arm9 exploit, it will be possible.
.... Wait for the 33c3 (december 27th)... Or sell your 3ds for another one.
For the soon part, i don't know. Just don't update, never.

To be honest with you, I don't think there will be a way to downgrade 11.2 for quite some time.

Downgrading will be the way to go for a very long time. We have yet to get an ARM9 kernel exploit for >9.2.

actually, there is a 9.2+ public arm9 exploit, NTRcardhax. It just isn't used at all, because it requires a DS flashcard, and that downgrading is possible on 10.3+ (the version that patched it iirc).
and, well, if an arm9 exploit for 10.3+ is released, there would be absolutely no point in downgrading, since we'd have the same access as 9.2.

Well, I know about ntrcardhax, but.... nobody actually did anything about that, and it doesn't really matter too much.

look into downgrading, you'll need to hardmod or find an already hacked 3ds to to a dsiware downgrade
