Lost all icons after deleting HBL channel

I was having arm9 stack dumps when trying to use homebrew launcher. Other homebrew seemed fine, but Luma also wouldn't update. I manually updated Luma and reinstalled HBL CIA but the arm9 stacks remained. I then deleted the HBL title using FBI, at which point the 3ds said the SD was removed, when I restarted all icons were gone. 3ds storage info says it's corrupted and asks to reset which I have not done yet

Any way to restore the game icons or am I done?
