a friend of mine bought a hacked new 3ds on ebay back in 2016 i think, and it only had fbi (no homebrew launcher or any other app) but it didn't work, i couldn't install games or update fbi. i uninstalled fbi, tried reinstalling it and found out that i needed a newer version than v7.0.5. i followed a tutorial on how to update arm9loaderhax to b9s but the b9s installer didn't show up on the chainloader. i just tried to install the homebrew launcher but it still didn't work because of the old luma version. please help
