a9lh is installed into the FIRM partition which nothing has to do with content (saves, NNID, games, etc), so in the process this isnt changed at all

Right, Ive come a long way since my last post. Im at the point which I have followed the github tutorial to the letter. I have just completed section V and am ready for section VI, however, when I reboot and launch the Health & Safety app, its still the Health & Safety app and not FBI which still has the Health & Safety stuff on there. I can still get into Hourglass by pressing start and powering up. I dont think I have done anything wrong but obviously, something has gone wrong. Anty help and advice on this will be very much appreciated. Thanks. ATM I am on 11.2.0-35E after updating via the turoial instruction. Helllpppp

Good day everyone. I have an O3DS XL downgraded from 10.6.0-31U to 9.2.0 and successfully installed arm9loaderhax and luma 3ds. Since i performed 2.10 ctrtransfer, I restored it to previous 9.2.0 using NANDmin.bin and finally updated to the latest firmware from system settings. From there, I've followed Plailect guide until Section VII reinstalling the tickets.

I have tried reinstalling the 00-tickets and it causes me error 005-8034 when I am trying to reinstall the titles from Nintendo e-Shop.
Thus, I went to restoring sysNand back to NANDmin.bin using Decrypt8. From there, I updated to latest firmware. However, I did not reinstall my tickets this time and I was able to redownload and install the titles from Nintendo e-Shop.

My question would be,

1. Are those tickets start with 00- my previously downloaded titles? Is it a must to reinstall them if i were to redownload the softwares?

2. I forgot to perform a backup/system transfer from system settings prior to downgrading, installing arm9loaderhax and luma3ds on a new SD card. Thus, all my save data and titles are at the old SD card. Is there a way to transfer to the new SD card?

Did you keep the 00 tik files in files9 and delete the 01 tik files like the guide sead? You aren't sapposed to delete any of the 00 Tik files.

I finally installed A9LH , however im trying to enter to Hourglass9 but when i press Start it just goes to the home menu
It can go correctly to the Luma config menu tho'
Any advice ?

1) Take out your sd card. use screwdriver to loosen (you can't take it out completly) the screws on the black plate, then use the stylist to remove the black plate
or
2) System setting --> micro sd card management to tranfer via network

Trying to wrap my head around my next step, I did hard mod , wrote the patched nand, system still shows 11.0.0.33u, I'm guessing it worked and doesn't show 10.4 after you write the patched nand, so I tried loading browser hack but either get the upgrade nag or a error message ,so I'm guessing I need to use ninjacube or some other cart exploit to load home brew launcher, then I'll be able to check if the 11.0.0.33u to 10.4 flash worked, also when I have to enter the firmware version for the ninjacube payload do I use 11.0.0.33u or 10.4, thanks in advance

Does 022-5548 mean permanent ban? I got it from trying to log in to the niconico 3DS client from freeShop. I can still use online services but I haven't restarted which is supposedly when bans start their effect. It's also linked to eShop maintenance, I tried to use Miiverse earlier but it gave me the error code, but when I went back and tried it again hours later, it worked (I still haven't restarted).
