I have the Libretro SNES and GBA Emulators on my N3DS and I have a few questions:

- Is there a database for cheats for SNES Libretro? If yes, where and how can I get and add more cheats?
- Does the Libretro GBA support cheats also? If yes, where and how can I get and add more cheats? Which GBA Libretro Emulator do I need? I think the one I have is gpSP and only cheats it seems to have are Codebreaker...

Thoughts and help greatly appreciated :)

Edit: gpSP keeps crashing on me...

I think psx is rather ok when it comes to 2D games. I have not tested that many yet. But I will test some shmups. I will report after the testings.

Here is what I have experienced with cia builds on an N3DS with a9lh:

For the most part, 2D games run pretty well. However, Castlevania SOTN actually runs slower than Resident Evil 2 for me. I think most of the slowdown has to do with backgrounds; what I mean by this is that the frames in areas like the library in SOTN drop to about 30 with OP suggested options, but the same settings will make RE2 run faster than usual in most areas (cinematics are an exception).

Games with a full 3D environment like Evo's Space Adventure (abysmally slow), Spyro and MGS run the slowest of all (probably a moot point). I should mention that Mech 2 runs above fullspeed ingame with OP options enabled. Essentially, pre-rendered backgrounds have less strain on emulation as opposed to 3D and parallax-heavy ones.

Do you guys play PSX games with audio disabled to get those performances out of PSX games?

I have audio sync disabled (Audio Settings), but I have sound enabled. OP also calls for vsync (video settings) to be disabled, and Audio Resampler Driver set to nearest (Driver Settings). In addition, I have dsp audio driver selected.

gpsp crashes because of bugs in ist dynarec in all versions (as mentioned on nearly every page in this thread).
Unfortunately no one seems to be able to fix that or nobody wants to... It's really sad because gpsp would run pretty well, but it's useless right now.
I hope mgba will get a dynarec soon...

@aliaspider @LibretroRetroArc
I know you are working on the Wii U port these days, but could you please take a look at loading save states in Gambatte?? It crashes nearly every time and this bug was introduced many weeks ago... Thanks!!

    @The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
