Hacking MK8 (on SD card) with Loadiine - How to purchase DLC?

I'm currently using Loadiine to play MK8 from SD card (not disc). It's one of the only games I enjoy and would like to pay for both DLC 1 and 2 from the eShop.
When I go into the Nintendo eShop and search the DLC I cannot find them. I've looked within the game too and cannot find any options there either.

How does one go about buying a DLC for a game played from loadiine?
I also haven't installed any game updates to MK8 yet, I am currently on 5.5.1 does this make it any easier?
Would buying MK8 from the eshop and then the DLC for that digital copy be an easier option? (I currently don't own SSB so obviously need to buy it)

Personally I think it's easier to purchase the DLC code from amazon.com and use the redeem code feature on eshop.

I don't think you can use legit DLC with loadiine as loadiine use the miimaker title ID so it won't find any DLC

Legit DLC works now (and only legit DLC, there's no way to pirate DLC yet)

In order to play dlc you have to have the game so you can use DDD and dump it.

It's kind of a catch 22 because you have to have purchased the DLC through the eshop and you need to own the game before you can dump it so it works.

At that point you have the game and in order to play it through loadiine you need a copy of Smash. You might as well just play the disc or eshop version if the game.

Just buy the game. It's one of the best titles you can own.

I happen to have Smash and MK8 disc so I can play either but I never ply it through loadiine anymore. But yes, you can play with the latest updates and DLC but you might as well just use your legit copy at that point

I dont think many have realized yet but you can now use dlc for free I'm so surpised know one has made a thread on the new mod yet! There you go its done>

put your downloaded dlc next to your code/content/meta folder load the gx2 mod up and select dlc & enable dlc no legitimate make sure you have smash up to date and also have MK8 content folder up to date if your using that dlc as an example also make sure you implement the www folder in your gx2 self host folder and use within region dlc eu with eu etc.. I cant believe many have not caught on yet this mod has now been running for several days now!

New Edit: I'm reporting in about the new gx2 mod it also now exits out of Mario Kart 8 back to the main menu without freezing! Happy days!

OK, so I suppose I'm led to believe then you sharing your "Kafluke's AIO package" has nothing to do with piracy! Look please don't blame the messenger I'm just sharing the DLC love and I'm sure many here would agree!

It's just a collection of tools. Personally I use those tools to play backups of my disc games. What you do with them is up to you and I don't really care to know.

Not without the game. DDD needs the game to dump dlc
