Hacking How to install homebrew launcher if GW autoloads with Cubic Ninja?

I have the QR code ready to go and when I load the QR scan from cubic ninja my gateway automatically loads. How do I installed homebrew (so I can use emus) if gateway is autoloading when attempting to launch the Cubic Ninja QR scan?

Remove boot.3dsx and change it with the homebrewlauncher one

I tried that but it still goes to gateway once I try to access QR code in cubic ninja.

this seems to just activate the camera. Main menu of 3ds? I tried both and neither seem to allow me to erase data

OK - it's actually:

Press "A" than u in the Mainmenu.. Than hold L+R+X+Y..
