You need decrypt9WIP, a file seeddb.bin that contains the game you want to cryptofix and your game on .cia format. (The seeddb.bin file can be found if you search for something related to title keys)
You create a folder on root called /D9Game and you copy the game there, the seeddb.bin file goes in the same folder as the slotx files from decrypt9. You select CIA decryptor (deep) in the game decryption menu and after some waiting you have your cryptofixed game.

Hi there. I'm having an issue when installing a ticket/downloading a CIA. I get an error from AM saying "Cert or key invalid" when using a QR code in FBI (Yes I know this is the CIAngel thread but it seemed relevant here). Could this be an issue with my 3DS, or just acquiring the ticket from NFSHost via QR Code? Thanks!
maybe an old ticket you had before with a bad key, delete all tickets of that game with fbi
yeah there was a problem with region filtering, it's fixed i just need to build a new release.
but there is not much need to use region filtering with taiko but i think it's japanese only...
There is currently a bug that's causing it to crash when only one result is returned (May also crash for zero? I haven't tested it yet. I just know due to a bug report). It'll be fixed in the next release.

Thank you for your reply. Then my next question is that if I created bunch of cia signature patching or things that you mentioned that require a cfw. Then, will I be able to do a system transfer to my legit 3ds (no hax or what so ever) with all game downloadable from eshop?
No, none of this will work on a 3DS that isn't running custom firmware, unless you can get your hands on Nintendo's signing keys (Trust me, you can't)

Nope, games are associated with your NNID on Nintendo's servers, not on your console. You can install legit CIAs on the other console (there's 21 available for Eur, around 17 (?) for the US) however, and they'll be available to play without CFW. If you have a homebrew entry point you can install them directly (FBI or NASA) without needing to downgrade or anything.
When installing a CIA or a ticket, an error gets thrown up saying "Cert signature or hash check invalid" This applies to only certain games (Tri Force Heros, for example)
The next release should fix a few issues, namely crashing when only a single result is returned on search, and hanging when going back to the home menu using the Home button.
I've also submitted a PR to add a QR Code to the README (Shown on the GitHub project main page) that will always point at the latest CIAngel release .CIA file I'll also see about getting @cearp to add the image to the main post here too.

i can't give advice with that, i don't have experience with playing with that file or replacing it.
