Glad you were able to get it working, now haul yourself over to r/CemuMarioMaker and start downloading levels/unlocking everything.
Oh and I would also really appreciate it if you submit any test results as we could definitely use more testers with laptop/mobile GPUs in general.
I feel that this should be pointed out more for most of the currently working titles tbh.

With crossfire R9-290 tri-x OC, i7-5820k OC'ed to 4.2Ghz and 8Go DDR4 OC'ed to 3000Mhz, i got 55 - 60~~FPS on 3D World.

Well, from a business perspective, I would think getting money thrown at the screen and people eager and wanting a product I made would be a better alternative than the opposite. I am sure the reason it is taking as long as it is is because they are listening to feedback and trying to add features that many people want. It sounded like 1.4.2 was slated for release last week but the developers were just trying to add more features in one update that took a week longer than multiple updates that came out over a shorter period. That is just my speculation though. I will ASSUME that the new version will come out today or tomorrow, but you know what assuming does... Whatever caused what looked like a delay will definitely be worth it though, that's for sure.

Longer it takes, more features and less buggy it will be. The longest taking build was 1.4.0 which had a recompiler, so this may be impressive. Also note even if you payed you are not entitled to get the build when you want it stop ctying about it, you get it a week early.
I will assume that the next version will be out, when it's ready and not before.
