Can someone update me on why they're turning the Wi-Fi off? I'm using a n3ds with emuNAND 9.2. Can I leave my DS in sleep mode? Or just leave it on sitting at the menu? Or must I disable WiFi? How about when games are running?

Do they download automatically, and install automatically, or just download? I'm confused. o.o

Nintendo did something very sneaky last time around killing browerhax for O3DS its just a precaution.

2 andahalf hours to go nothing yet for 3DS.

psst, firmware 10.4 release is tomorrow. Which might be the tomorrow after tomorrow..... until Nintendo says "fine, you guys can have your unstable 10.4 firmware, don't blame us for softbricks" :P:rofl:

well they actually Ooopised Homebrew enabled Wii's when the region was set to Korean when one update came up they were hardbricked.

Not Ninty's fault.
It's the fault of the people who fucked around with their region.

Nintendo shouldn't keep anything other then their system in mind.
If it works on their systems with the tests then it works.
If someone tinkered with their OS and replaced somethings of changed some things and it breaks in the next update then they shouldn't have updated or fucked with the system in the first place.

That was a different situation. Nintendo deliberately bricked those Korean region-changed Wiis. They specifically checked to see if the Korean common key was installed on the system or something, and if it was, RIP that Wii if it was region-changed to use a System Menu that wasn't Korean.

Shouldn't have fucked around with your Wii settings.
If one didn't, then one wouldn't have a bricked Wii.

I agree, but Nintendo wasn't entirely innocent there either.

At any rate, it IS sort of surprising that they didn't at least try to kill off 10.3 browserhax by simply making a new fake update check or something, server-side. They can do so whenever they want, as far as I understand..
