1.) Installed Decrypt9 via MSET and dumped the Health and Safety app.
2.) Converted it to the FBI injectable which failed to work under rxtools (tried using a different FBI.cia too).
3.) Installed cakes via MSET then booted up the CFW and tried using Health and Safety app. Still nothing... Still gives me an error.

Decrypt9 has it's own MSET loader included, so it shouldn't overwrite (I think, I'm not sure). You could just run it from HB launcher. Injectables in rxTools are encrypted and include the TMD file, while Decrypt9 injectables are unencrypted and the TMD is handled by Decrypt9 itsef (-> less user error potential). Even beyound the fragmentation issue, what you are trying to do will not work.

I try to install Cias but when i use Universal-Inject-Generator-master (v3.0) with FBI.cia and hs.App in imput folder apear this message (I use Windows 7 pro 32 bits):

I have a 9.2 O3DS with Cakes. I tried injecting FBI into H&S following the OP guide to the letter, which succeeded, but then when I opened H&S from the home menu, it told me there was an error and I should redownload it. Now the H&S icon is gone.

Any idea what I should do?

Hi. I have a really stupid question. I'm trying to install rxTools and it works great and all, but every time I try and check TMD to install FBI, it gives me the Opening...S error. I was pointed to this as an alternate means of installing FBI.

My question is uh, how do I actually run Decrypt9? Using the most recent WIP. Do I just put the Decrypt9 folder in /3ds and run it like any other homebrew app? What, if anything, do I need to do with Decrypt9.bin/dat/nds and launcher.dat and the scripts folder?

when I try to dump hs. but on the main screen it says emunand ready any suggestions?

The simplest way is to launch via HBL... If you have an old3ds you can use the .dat files and launch them from the web browser, the .nds is for the MSET exploit, and the .bin can be loaded from the Brahma menu. Don't worry about the rest just use the homebrew launcher to start it up :)

I have one file names hs.app and I clicked the go, then (press any button to contunie..) having any cia...
I use the gui but when clicked the go, it says (decrypted) and freeze...
Can you help me?

Apparently the release of ctrtool included with this was not 32 bit compatible (it was supposed to be compatible) not sure if the latest release is 32 bit compatible... there are older versions that have been reported to work just fine... try this version: https://github.com/profi200/Project_CTR/releases/download/0.13/makerom_013_ctrtool.zip

Try to replace CTRtool in this package with the one from this package. Most important, tell me if it works. Same for you, @Haise

You know that you need to be running CFW for the injected H&S app to work?

Check the Decrypt9 thread (my signature). Decrypt9 now has an official readme detailing all the entry points.

EmuNAND ready does mean that your SD card is ready for EmuNAND but does not have EmuNAND set up. Does your EmuNAND actually work?

Well, I don't want to sound arrogant, but hopefully, with the information provided, people will learn at some point to at least completely and thoroughly read the opening post and/or readme file before asking. :)

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
