Dude, what kind of change you'ree looking for? Pasta CFW mode would look the same on the outside. Just that when you are in Pasta CFW mode you can install and run unsigned CIA.

Anyways, I have this question: why is the FBI.3dsx on rxTools EMUNAND not able to install CIA? In another sense, what is the secret recipe of Pasta CFW that let FBI.3dsx install CIA?

well, to be honest, all i did was to make a crappy prealpha pastaCFW which was open source (the sig patch method was already in the open anyways...) and asked for people to help develop the open source and not make multiple closed source CFWs, trying to keep it all together; so yeah, i had the idea of pastaCFW (btw, for those who don't know, pasta is because the offsets for signature patching + the method was found in a pastebin....sooo) but the fact that my credits are the first ones on this CFW and on the current state of RxTools 3.0 was not choosen be myself, but by the designer (i would rather like to have roxas75 at the very least on top of credits for RxTools...but i'm a procrastinate, so i guess i'll ask our graphical guy to change that before the final version, if i don't forget...)

on a serious note tho, the problem with emunand, is that it uses the 9.5 (9.6 for o3ds) native_firm, which fixes the memchunkhax1 (not the current memchunkhax2) which FBI.3dsx used to get installation privileges (memchunkhax1 was fixed in 9.3, if i am correct) but in the near future, FBI.3dsx should use memchunkhax2 when it is more stable, so it should be able to install CIA in emunand without much trouble.
and pastaCFW was sysnand only, so it was with the currently installed firm (unless firmlaunch was ON, which would then break fbi.3dsx) thus still allowing memchunkhax1 to run.

I dunno about pre-existing posts or threads, and frankly the staggeringly massive amount of threads I'd need to search through doesn't warrant me doing that, so
I installed FBI and BBM on sysNAND with Pasta, but when I go to unwrap the gifts, they just appear as black squares with no banner or text on them
what the hell happened? FBI said it installed properly, so, I don't really know ????

So you're saying I have to have it installed to sysNAND
...on my SD card? Like if I downloaded a game from the eShop and it goes on my SD Card?

I only watch tv when i goto bed, it puts me to sleep, and I have a nas drive filled w my fav shows so i can watch them in order, commercial free. I usually watch Married w Children, or South Park

I stream from Nas to firestick, one on every tv, and use Kodi. I'm happy w it, plays everything. (I pirate/torrent shows/movies on pc, and put on nas)

I got my Dad a firestick for Xmas and showed him those 3rd party sites on Kodi, he loves it, all he watches anymore. He said he has got 3 letters from AT&T already about pirating, but he says f them, let them shut my internet off (He wants out of his AT&T contract anyways)
