Note to CFW users - There are reports that this may work for you, if you want to try go ahead and install NVER but not TIGER and instead of using Free multi patcher run the HBL CIA and use the HANS based eShop Spoofer.

can i just put the tyger.cia in sysupder and use downgrade to uninstall tiger? Cuz i did stupid and installed both

I'm thinking putting tiger into sysupder would make it worst...
Do you have N3DS or O3DS?
Best bet is to restore your NAND that you should have backed up.
If you didn't know how to restore your NAND like me (i did back up, but had trouble), here what I did.

I downgraded my N3DS from 10.3 to 9.2. Then I changed the CIA in the update folders to 9.5 and the updated using sysupder.
Latter following this tutorial at the time, it had 2 files install (which turned out to be wrong info), which I ended with RX 10.3.
I then using sysupder, i downgraded this time, which fixed everything back to RX 9.5

I'm currently on rxtools+9.5emunand and I want to make sure I can use the friends list etc. and play online without issues in the games I get (.cia files)

I also want to ensure I won't get any problematic nintendo update prompts and such.

I don't care about the eshop really. Should I follow this tutorial? Will I then be safe from updates yet able to add friends and play online with them?

You selected the install destination to nand on fbi?

Go use Devmenu, something similar to FBI that also installs CIA.

Also, Im kinda glad that it didn't work as I just remembered I still didn't update EmuNand to 9.5 yet.. could have ended bad otherwise

Well Connecting to NNID is also needed to DL games updates if you can't find the updates on that ISO site.

My problem is that I cannot access eshop at all even wit hHans spoofer (yellow screen) and on the first page it gives a warnibng to CFW users to not install Tiger

Then don't install tiger.. It says you only need NVER.

This is weird. I just updated my emuNAND to 9.5, installed NVER and launched HBL via the cia from EmuNAND.
Now when I launch the eshop spoof from there, it doesn't even ask me for an account / nnid, I can just browse the eShop without one
Anyway, it should work "as expected" as soon as I link my NNID, right? Can I just link it via emuNANDs settings or could this cause trouble in any way?
