If your using emunand cfw , and get 022-2674, PLEASE READ:
I found a fix that actually work but requires cubic ninja, Browserhax or any other had that downloads payloads online won't work,

Step1: backup emunand and sd
Step2: Create a new Emunand, make sure to have hbl and Hans with fbi
Step3: Install nver and Cver,
Step4:using Hans, go directly to the nnid settings app, make sure to put fw spoof on.
Step4: sign in to your nnid
Step5: congrats, your console has been relink!
Step6: restore your backup emunand with your sd files
Step7: that's kinda it...
BTW On your Regular emunand, just install nver since Cver glitches with Browserhax or any other hax, it's a one time thing for relinking nnid.
Info: In your new formatted emunand, Cver is required to unlink but causes the system to say 10.2.xx even when your sys/emu is on ex; ( 9.2.20u ), this causes Browserhax or hbl loader to download the 10.2 payload when your on x.xx.xx , with cubic Ninja you can select your payload I need to use 9.2.20 instead of 10.2

Yes, also works for me now after linking the NNID and installing
an older version of hans (to avoid 007-2920 error).

Just out of curiosity: What makes e.g. the eShop decide whether to download
to sysNAND or emuNAND? I see when I use e.g. the sysUpdater directly from emuNAND
that it is able to know where it has to install stuff. So what forces the eShop, which would normally
"install" to sysNAND (yeah, download to SD but update the title database in sysnand), to use emuNAND instead?
Is it still rxTools doing stuff in the background? Or just Hans being so intelligent to find out whether there is an emuNAND installed or not?

So it is the HBL launcher? Alright, that's all I wanted to know. It works for some time already ^^

The entire system is being loaded from emunand, and treats emunand as if it was a regular sysnand.
Sysnand is never loaded

What about region-changed users? Any precautions for us, or is it just not possible until Free Multi Patcher supports serial patching?

I tried to install NVER via BigBlueBox, but then I recognized that the NVER wasn't fully downloaded. So I redownloaded NVER, but now it says "Program already exists."
Can anyone help me with this?

Note to CFW users - There are reports that this may work for you, if you want to try go ahead and install NVER but not TIGER and instead of using Free multi patcher run the HBL CIA and use the HANS based eShop Spoofer.

can i just put the tyger.cia in sysupder and use downgrade to uninstall tiger? Cuz i did stupid and installed both

You need to download a version of tiger that matches your fw version. If you can let me know what your fw is atm, i can direct you to what version of tiger you need.

When you load your CFW, however you load it (be that mset, menuhax, cold boot, ninjhax, etc) you are loading an emunand. Anything you do at that point that causes the system to reboot will return you to sysnand. This includes (but is not limited to), exiting a DS game, exiting system settings, exiting SSB4 and exiting a VC GBA game. The only way to avoid this is to unlink your nands, install menuhax to your sysnand and then either have menuhax launch your cfw directly, or set up a boot manager like ctrbootmanager to be loaded by menuhax.

@YyAoMmIi, this is why you sometimes got the "Please update", occasionally you were accessing it either from sysnand or without the spoof being applied properly. If/when you get that message simply restart the console and ensure you are in emunand before proceeding. Keep in mind that entering system settings to check will cause the system to reboot (and send you back to sysnand) when you exit the settings.

@TR_mahmutpek, iirc using the tubehax dns is known to block the server needed to accese the eshop.

@ubergeek77, i cannot insure this will work for region changed users, but it should as long as the titles match your new region.

Everyone trying to install with BigBlueMenu/BigBlueMenu/TitleManager, your problem is that TitleManager cannot bypass the version check so if the existing title is the same version or higher, it will abort the install. To fix this you can either use FBI to delete the existing title (Make sure destination is set to NAND and that the title you delete has the right titleID first) then install the new one. If you are unsure about deleting titles from the NAND directly, install either DevMenu or sysupdater and use them, they will both bypass the version check.

Step3: Install nver and Cver,

Dammit STOP. NO NO NO NO NO.

DO NOT INSTALL CVER EVER.

It is NOT needed to fix anything and is likely to cause issues that are complicated to fix when people do it.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

When I using the eshop (by homebrew launcher via HANS) I am stuck on 'you must accept the LATEST end user agreement....''
n3ds xl 9. emunand

Try opening the browser and accepting it there.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

What steps should I take to access Eshop on 9.2 SysNAND N3ds then or is it only possible via EmuNAND?

Do not do this in sysnand. Installing titles to your nand chip directly, especially when it results in a hybrid firmware, is always a bad idea.

Do I need to install menuhax to sysnand if I already have ctrbootmanger?
I followed this tutorial in getting CFW and stuff.

Except I get that "please update" when I was accessing it though FBI while on EmuNand....
Didn't even enter system setting.

If you already have ctrboot manager then you already have menuhax installed to sysnand.

As for the error, it sounds like the spoof didnt apply properly. Personally I would just apply the spoof from FMP and then open system settings and go to the NNID settings from there. Do not exit system settings untill you are done though or it will reboot the system. That said if you have ctrbootmanager set up it should just boot back into emunand and all you will need to do is rerun FMP.

Either way you will need to call nintendo to unlink the NNID from its current system. Don't wait for a ticket response. If you call them it will be handled within 72 hours, possibly less.

mk, note, rerun FMP before any try.
Well, I'll give a call latter, but ticket was easier at the time due to their hours and can't call during work.

@Aroth, Using the old Eshop and HANS versions to update a game, I can download it almost to completion, but at the last second it throws a
007-6106 error. Any tips?

Edit: Also, upon going back and trying again, it tells me that the download requires 0 blocks, so maybe it downloaded but didnt install?

I understand that it is a bad idea, I was wondering which titles I needed to install to SysNAND to get it to maybe work as I may still do it anyway. I did make a NAND backup just in case and I have the soldering skills required to do the hard mod should I need to flash it.
