ROM Hack Having a very strange issue with the HBL's 'select title' feature on previously preloaded games

Whenever I try to open a title that I've preloaded (Yokai Watch and TF Heroes) with Hans, braindump, or svdt, I simply get a red screen. This ONLY happens with these two games, I'm able to initialize pretty much everything else just fine.

I've tried pretty much everything I can think of. I reinstalled ironhax, updated my starter pack (as of 10 mins ago), redownloaded both of them from the eshop... nothing works.

Does anyone else have this issue, or am I SOL?

You're out of luck. There's a lot of incompatible titles with HANS. It seems the newer the game, the less likely they are to work.

I have seen reports of people being able to use save editors with TFH, though, which makes me think that the problem is on my end.

Maybe it's an ironhax issue, some haxes seem to be less compatible than others. They could be using Menuhax

Just switched to Ninja, there is no difference.

Did you update your HANS? There was an update to hans for the incompatible titles about a week ago.

Check in your HANS folder in the 3DS folder if you have any text files for games, if you do, delete them and try it again.

Just deleted my (failed) ctgp-7 .txt shortcut, nothing changed. Should I try this with eshop.txt, too?

That wont do anything, the eshop is specific to it. Like could you retype your steps on what you're doing that's producing it?

-scroll over to TF Heroes, select
-3ds redscreens

Are you using any custom launchers by any chance? Its weird since some have claimed that TF heroes have worked with them.

Nope, I'm using a virgin boot.3dsx, straight from the starter pack.

I have no idea what's going on here

Tri-Force Heroes doesn't work with HANS. They use 9.6+ key. Those people who can use the save editor, most likely using SaveDataFiller
