Not only am I dyslexic but my main language being Scottish is Gealic So I have absolutely no bloody idea what your post actually says lol

Nintendo is in its own right to protect its business, that's why exploits are being patched. Even without kernel access, Virtual Console is still compromised. Now, it's our own decission to download the patches or not.

VC compromised? Wut?

Well, i mean, as my signature shows a O3DS user in the worst situation (no kernel access) can still play games from Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Gear and NES, wich are actually part of the Virtual Console service on the eShop, not to mention Mega Drive/Genesis (wich basically means less urge for Sega 3D Classics)

It actually goes agaisnt Nintendo's business so, as i say, they are in their right to protect it. Not like, as a homebrew user, i'm inclined to concede, but it's understable.

I run the RetroArch thread and I have 43 VC games. Lol.

I do buy Virtual Console titles too, when i can (I love Game Boy 3D borders). But most people don't do the same.
