So I have a old 360 that runs kernel 2.0.8955.0. I can't play any games because it wants to do an update first. I know of the bad update exploit that works on the newest update, and I know of a few exploits that work on older kernel versions. What I want to know is should I update from the current version because of certain available exploits, or not? I believe it is a Falcon model.

There aren't really any exploits for older kernels other than JTAG and that is only for 7371 or lower, yours is after that so no reason not to update. (Well there is the King Kong exploit but none of us are going to use that)
