I never said it was. I just said people weren't going to like the new DRM like they didn't on XB1. They both rely on internet.
Lol

Vitural Console is slowly going away for homebrew users. Some people wanna be legit, thats fine. But im just downloading games that im to lazy to set up! And that i dont have. But who cares? Nobody wont be put in jail for playing Super Mario World Roms!Nintendo is in its own right to protect its business, that's why exploits are being patched. Even without kernel access, Virtual Console is still compromised. Now, it's our own decission to download the patches or not.
They haven't really done anything with the 3DS Virtual Console since February when the Donkey Kong Land trilogy was released. Those morons also had the nerve to say that they're moving on from Game Boy VC games but since Natsume announced it, hopefully Nintendo will tweet an announcement saying "Don't rule out the discontinuation Game Boy games on the Virtual Console" or something like that.Nintendo is in its own right to protect its business, that's why exploits are being patched. They have every single right to protect their product. You still have a week before that new update comes though. Please don't tell me that they released a new firmware update. I still have to get my free copy of Dragon Ball Z: Super Butoden 2 and that requires you to go to the eShop and download the goddamn update! Fucking Nintendo!! You bastards are pissing me off! So you don't want to release any Virtual Console games on the 3DS and you don't want people to use emulators! What the fuck do you have against people who like your classics from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s you dumbfucks? I'm so sick of them not caring about people who want to play their classics but don't give a flying fuck about the Virtual Console, so people have to use emulators and ROMs but then those get patched thanks to the morons at Nintendo! What has Nintendo made lately you ask? Cookie cutter crap like Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer (and don't get me started on amiibo Festival and that infamous Metroid Prime: Federation Force) and The Legend of Zelda: Tri-force Heroes is basically Four Swords minus Purple Link. They're also allowing all of this eShop shovelware like Heptrix (A really bad Tetris clone that got a 2/10 from Nintendo Life) yet there's no quality control the on the eShop anymore unlike between 2011-2014 when we got good games like Shantae & The Pirates Curse, Mighty Switch Force!, and Shovel Knight!
At least the Wii had a homebrew feature that allowed you to block updates when going to the Wii Shop Channel or starting up a Wii game, why can't the same be done with the 3DS? So nobody has found a way to use some kind of servers that blocks updates coming from the eShop and Nintendo 3DS game cards, huh? Well somebody needs to because Nintendo is going to keep doing this shit to us like they did back in the original Wii era from 2008-2012! I'm suprised they haven't patched the Homebrew Channel in Wii Mode on the Wii U because people like me are playing GameCube games via Nintendon't (Very fitting name) because Nintendo is too fucking lazy to add GCN games to the Wii U eShop but adds Wii games, instead. (Well only mainly in EU and JP, NA hardly gets any Wii games) but that's not a big shock since NoA is too fucking inconfident to give us more than just 1 VC game a week while EU and JP get like 2-3 sometimes even 4 or more! Take last week for example, EU got; Dig Dug II (NES), Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures (SNES), Mario Golf (N64), Pocky & Rocky With Becky (GBA), and Mario Sports Mix (Wii) and what did NoA give us? Only one game, the GBA one! See NoA is not fucking with it anymore and I think if they fired that jackass Reggie Fil-Aime, the Virtual Console surely would improve and we'd get more than just 1 game a week like EU and JP! Remember back when we would get 2-3 games a week? Like 1 NES, 1 SNES, and 1 Sega Genesis? Well I guess that's just a fading memory from 2007-2010!
Guys please: STOP BEING SO OVERDRAMATIC. THERE WILL STILL BE HOMEBREW UNLESS THEY PATCH GSPWN. WHICH IS EXTREMELY UNLIKEY.
IDK, smea said it's possible though.I don't know much about technical stuff so how hard is it to actually fix gspwn? I've been wondering why it's been taking them so long while Spider took like 5 days after we started bypassing game microtransations, and we've been doing the same thing for about 50 days with the current exploit and still nothing.
Why? None of the official apps use it... All you'd have to do is have the OS reject specific commands from being sent to the GPU.Patching gspwn would lead to a performance drop AFAIK
ey teampleb we can do romhacking with r5?? mmhh... change pokemon colours ...etcWhy? None of the official apps use it... All you'd have to do is have the OS reject specific commands from being sent to the GPU.
