Don't use 3DNES, use FCEUMM from the RetroArch port.
As for r3Ddragon, I don't have that.

If you want r3ddragon, you'll need to compile it yourself, there's no official .3dsx by the dev yet.

Unfortunately, yes. The old 3DS is too slow to run it at a playable speed. That might change in the future, but it's unlikely.

Prepare for disappointment. Most emulators besides GameYob and blargSNES blow on the o3DS.
