Hacking Wii U system transfer 5.5 to 5.3

I have a Wii U with 5.5 firmware and I want to sell it to buy another one with <5.4 firmware.

How can I do a system transfer between 5.5 Wii U and 5.3 Wii U ?

I have a lot of saves, DLC thant I want to transfer to the new Wii U.
