Gaming Splatoon's out, and here's the pics and info!

The first Wii U game in 2015 that's actually worth buying (it was only £22.95 here)!

Thank god it's the green colour stripe 'cause I hate when it's purple, pink, blue or whatever. It just doesn't look good next to the other ones.

The worst part is, Nintendo games tend to keep their value for a long time, and it's really hard to get a discount on them, even a year later.

Odd. On the piece of paper that came with the game it said the total was £22.62 ($34.58) rather than £22.95 ($35.09) so I've sent them an email if I can get that small amount (33p) as store credit for a future purchase.

That´s why, when there´s a new Nintendo game, I do my research, see if I really want that game and, if I do, buy it on launch. I know the prices won´t go down for a long time and, sometimes, it´s possible to even get a little discount buying on the first week (like with the Splatoon demo).

I would really prefer that they had some ocasional good E-shop sales though. Just like PSN.

That's really for the best. This isn't worth $60 much less CND$70.

Cool fun fact: There's 20 ranking levels which unlock weapons so once you've reached beyond 20.. you're a Squid God.

You mean it was $10 cheaper near launch? If so, that´s what I said. I mean, I usually see some discounts near launch, but not so much months after. I may be wrong regarding retail sales, because I keep watch more on digital ones.

The game for now only has 5 maps and limiting to 2 is just terrible.

Don't know if these will be available on the eshop or not but you get Splatoon mii fighter smash costumes for preordering at GS. It's something at least.

Maps are on a 4 hour rotation. Didn't you hear? 2 maps at a time for 4 hours each.
