I want to transfer the Savedata from the Activity Log of my old 3DS GW Emunand to my New 3DS, is it possible to do that with SaveDataFiler or a different tool, how?

Ok now you peaked my interest because it's stored in the fat16 nand partition and I thought SDF couldn't access that
It can't.

I'm talking about manually transferring from one fat16 partition to another. Isn't that what you were trying to do with the Mii Plaza stuff?

Where are they stored on the fat16 nand? I have been trying to get them to transfer from emunand to system nand

I've gotten this to work between O3DS and N3DS for me, see these threads:

https://gbatemp.net/threads/question-manually-transferring-mii-plaza-data-between-systems.386911/
https://gbatemp.net/threads/is-there-a-way-to-transfer-mii-plaza.387205/

I'll hopefully be posting a more thorough tutorial soon, but I was able to transfer Mii Plaza/Activity Log from my O3DS to N3DS, all 2.8 million steps of it!

P.S. For reference, system apps store their data in the Fat16 partition under the 'data' folders ('sysdata' and 'extdata' specifically).
