I wouldn't call it off because a link doesn't work anymore. Maybe the files now reside on a different server or something.

Nintendo's made a big deal about the Wii U getting Wii games so it's very likely to happen and plus it's for both territories (EU/US) although I think Japan would also have the opportunity too.

Kirby's Adventure Wii is a must buy if you've not played it and considering the updated version is compatible with the Classic Controller then it means we'll be able to play with the Wii U GamePad (or Pro Controller, hopefully).

Japan already had Kirby Wii. Wait, there's an updated version of Kirby Wii that has Classic Controller support? Anyway if Kirby Wii released on Eshop US it will be good news for me since that's the only Wii non-VC Kirby I do not own yet.

The link format above is the link you'll see if you tap the "Manual" option for Eshop Wii games, which is m1.nintendo.net/docvc/RVL/REGION/ID4/ID4_LANGUANGE.pdf
Say, for PAL SMG2, the link would be m1.nintendo.net/docvc/RVL/EUR/SB4P/SB4P_E.pdf when the language is set to English.
So if the files do not exist anymore, it does make it feel that way, but also, the Manual link of Punch-Out didn't work even one day before the release date on Eshop.

What's the significance of m1.nintendo.net, how do you know the particular files aren't on m128.nintendo.net? You don't run Nintendo's server so what do you know about the link format used for their files? Just chill and relax. A PDF goes missing = a game not releasing? Take it easy, HNKii!

The US version features not only the Wii game but also the bonus retro Kirby titles which unfortunately for European fans this Special Edition never had a PAL edition.

I love that bit on the packaging: "The original graphics and content have been preserved in Kirby's Dream Collection Special Edition." Translation: "We're using ROMs you paid money for, sucker." :D

WiiCube_2013 you may wish to check more into that collection though, it does NOT include Kirby's Adventure Wii (aka Return to Dreamland).

Yeah seriously LOL, I actually swapped the ROM in the WBFS and played Super Mario Land 2 in Kirby:yaywii:
And why is Nintendo so lazy even to do a ROM scrub? The ROMs are still 512KB, 2MB, 32MB, like the size of raw dumps. I know it doesn't really matter in the Kirby Collection since the actual data is less than 2GB, but do they really keep the original ROM size in Wii Shop downloads?

Yeah, that was super unlucky. I don't get it why Nintendo won't make a PAL release. Seriously, does the multi-language system really matter that much? It's better to play this game in a language that's not your native that not having the game at all.
Nintendo: But Kirby's DreamLand 3 was not released in the PAL region so we can't release this collection. Screw this, KDL3 was available on Wii Shop.
And this tragic I saw on amazon: A British bought this game for his son only to find that this game won't work on a PAL Wii. Fortunately others told him softmodding would help.

It doesn't? Argh!

I was under the impression this was a Special Edition of Kirby's Adventure Wii but still, for the CD and booklet it's worth if if anyone can find for a decent price. I saw it on eBay going for £30-40 but nah, I'll just wait for Kirby's Rainbow Curse soundtrack (Wii U) and settle with that.

It's on the UK eShop and it costs £17.99 so it'll be sold at the full price on the US eShop too, I assume.

Japan had the discount offer, though.
