I was thinking of buying the red one because it is cheaper at 69.99 CAD. Besides having to remove the 10 games limit, are there any other problems the red cards have that the blue cards don't?

The red button version will automatically switch games that aren't the original 10 roms (the cart remembers). You can stop this by holding the red button down as soon as the title screen appears (before the light turns back on), and games will play and save fine. The biggest issue with it is that the light never stops strobing continuously to indicate an error. Once the strobing starts, it gets stuck on the current game, and to switch games, you can open and close settings, eject and reinsert the cart, or power cycle the system.

Thanks! I'll probably go with the red one since it's cheaper.

I really think that you are making a mistake.
The red card had other issues as well other than a gimped game limit with a work around.
Spend the extra coinage/zenny/munny and get the Blue card.
The red card had issues with SAVE files that blue card does not.
Also, the blue card will let you easily switch SD cards and play new games without complications.

the red one doesn't work with ninjhax if the out of region game is one of the 10+ games. It "restarts" the sky3ds making it impossible to launch the game.
