I was thinking of buying the red one because it is cheaper at 69.99 CAD. Besides having to remove the 10 games limit, are there any other problems the red cards have that the blue cards don't?

The red button version will automatically switch games that aren't the original 10 roms (the cart remembers). You can stop this by holding the red button down as soon as the title screen appears (before the light turns back on), and games will play and save fine. The biggest issue with it is that the light never stops strobing continuously to indicate an error. Once the strobing starts, it gets stuck on the current game, and to switch games, you can open and close settings, eject and reinsert the cart, or power cycle the system.
You... Are the first one I've seen that willingly chose more work over ease of use.
