Only sprites and objects can be saved right now, I should have said. You may have to wait a while before a patch can be made. I'll add you to a list on the first post.

NSMB2 is as probably as generic as you can get really :P

Reggie Next! supports opening the level and tileset files inside the RARC archives which EFE supports.

The source for Reggie! Next is available on GitHub, I expect that RoadRunnerWMC would not mind if Gericom took a look at it if he asked nicely.

Thanks for the positive reactions/volunteering! BTW: You don't need a capture card, you could just a camera, but one would be nice (e.g. for sprite images in the editor.

i was actually looking into the NSMB2 levels (as a big nooby idiot that is) had some fun switching them around which effects coin rush mode allowing custom coin rush setups :P

They use the exact same format, so if the DLC can be repacked and played, then yeah.
