Naw, Sears has taken down the ad! My chick works at Walmart and called me yesterday telling me some one just came in and got two Wii U's for 130 bucks. I did't have any extra cash or I would have went apeshit and hit every Walmart in the area.

Or you can buy a broken one off Ebay, buy a new one from walmart, swap the internals and take it back for a refund.:yayu:

There's many things wrong with doing that... one being you screw over a customer who buys the one you returned.

Secondly you have to open the box to do that. And even if you somehow do convince them to take it back, the serial number won't match what's on the box.

Screwing over big corporations is fine but don't screw over potential customers please.

I can confirm that the walmart my chick works at checks the serial numbers, that's all they look for. I have bought every model of the 3DS and returned them, kept the SD cards for all of them(asshole move I know), all they ever looked for was the serial number.

I got a Zelda 3DS XL a while back and the right trigger went bad a week later so I returned it (with the Zelda code used; I did a system transfer back to my old XL before returning it). I exchanged it for another Zelda 3DS XL and gave my brother the code for it.
I am sure Nintendo puts a new code in the box when they ship it back out after fixing it anyway. (if it does not end up back on the shelf)
