Cleanrip seems to be the best choice, it will split too large iso on fat drive and will keep update partition.

If you want the update partition it's to get its content ? Use WiiScrubber on the iso
Or tell us what is the purpose of what you're asking, we may find other solutions.
right, its iso only, full 4.37gb. Normally the update partition gets removed by all loader installers, so your only way to get out the update partition would be via cleanrip. Why do you want the update partition anyways btw? You can get all IOS and system menus via other means anyways.
