Germany has a free (no fees) ebay-competing platform called hood.de
Other than that, you can always check local stores and find game stores in your country using the search engine of your choice

^This, I found a locally owned used game store, and they had everything from Used Gameboy games all the way to used 3DS games, and they were loads cheaper then GameStop

well, that sucks... Getting cheap used US games within europe will be rare. might be best to sell it and get a EU one instead? or trade it? Or, do it like me:

I can't wait for 3DS to be hacked to finally remove that shitty region lock. Removing DRM or region locks is legal within Germany and I believe most of europe. Replicating or selling DRM-removed content is not allowed though.

Try used bookstores. Sometimes they have games and hardware, even going back to NES era stuff all the way up on through current stuff. Don't expect the kind of selection you'd get at a GameStop, though.

I usually just use amazon. If you wait, you can get some really good games at reduced prices.

thinking about it i dont want the 3ds hacked because aim afraid after hacked they will stop making great games for it and just shittyware but i really would love that region lock to be freed , as for the solution to my problem if anyone here has the same situation as me , i decided to buy new games at playasia us region becouse the used games you find in ebay even with great biding usually they come to prices like 4 $ short of the original price , and for 4 $ diference im buing it new.

Amazon itself doesn't offer used games, but the marketplace sellers. AFAIK most of the amazon marketplace sellers also sell their items on ebay.
