Hacking my Kingdom hearts 3D corrupted with gateway

i'm in-game and about to save, the game said "unable to save" and i tried different save locations and it still the same. so i had no choice but exit to home. after i rebooted, it shows error " the game card was removed"

i thought it was faulty card, but i try another SD and it works. i switched back to the KH sd card, it works but it deleted my save file.

is there any way to restore, or can i backup the rest of my saves on PC so this won't happen anymore?

yea, copy them off the SD card

sounds like last time you played you didnt exit to home and give the Gateway Enough time to transfer the save to to SD card

i always exit home. so, so how do i know which save is which? or i just copy the whole 3DS folder there?

the save files are number by the title ID
check 3ds.essh.co to find the ID for the rom you used

which folder is it in?

i digged trough the 3DS folder and find a folder called "title": and in my SD card is supposed to have VLR's save code, but nothing same as the game id in the side that you posted.

here's the directory i directly copied from the 3DS folder i copied to my PC
C:\Users\Robert\Desktop\Nintendo 3DS\ef7beb9d802d60e1798269c58a65fed9\143700b44760a758534430320002544d\title\00040000

also my concern is the error happened in game as it states "unable to save" in save menu. the problem persists as i restart and lead to corruption.

does the retail game has this problem too?

btw my KH save file ( ID 000400000008D300 ) is still in the SD card, but it's empty in game with gateway. could it still be saved? ;__;

i see ;___; goodbye wasted 20 hours of my life

well at least i know how to back up saves in case something like this happened again.

anyway, what could have caused it anyway, because the game loaded just fine, plays just fine but suddenly i am unable to save ( literally says unable to save in-game, so i am forced to exit to home , that's when the save corrupt i think. )

should i email gateway team?

no it was most likely just a break in teh connection to the MicroSD
