I make the ISO in the program. Brun the iso to a DVD-R. I launch the disc in neogamma. (Works with Wii and GC backups on mine)
It looks like this (bottom): When i click boot dvd it says : "Drive 20070213 OK!" Then goes back to this (bottom).

Which program version did you use to create the ISO?
Do you have a modchip?
Did you install a cMIOS for Neogamma? With or without disc channel patching?
Do you launch the game from Disc channel or from Neogamma?

If you don't have a modchip, then use Neogamma, it should display a list of games present on the disc.
This list allows you to swap disc (select Disc2 with Z, then boot Disc1 with A).

If you have a modchip, the Neogamma's Game listing doesn't work, but you can launch the disc directly from the Disc channel without installing the cMIOS.

I patched cMIOS. I have no modchip. I use neogamma. It plays wii games and regular gc games fine but not the multigame though.

When you launch the game from neogamma, it doesn't display the list of games present on the disc?
It boots directly to GCOS?

If it boots to GCOS it means it didn't recognize the disc as muti-ISO disc, and seeing as even GCOS doesn't find the games it's probably a problem making the ISO.
there are different multi-game iso creator, be sure to use these versions:
- GCOS Multigame Creator 4F (command line tool)
- MultiGame ISO Creator v3.5.4F+ (it's a GUI based on the previous program).

I used 3.5.4F+ and it works!
