Well not really, none of the big companies ever threw their weight around, it was a good idea, got off on a bad start and kept falling from there. Shueisha, just started releasing manga on the site but only from their cancelled Josei section....I think this was well in the making, and just a bit too long, people can blame pirates but I blame their lackluster titles (mostly Yaoi,Yuri,Josei) especially when Shounen titles are more popular overseas.

I don't have physical yaoi copies tho.
But it's sad to see it go.
Some yaoi manga's are pretty good and actually worth a read ;o
yeah,but most of what they offer was too niche. made a profit, just not as much as Beelzebub or some other Shounen titles might have given it.
