I get the plugins screen listing the different game types but when I click one it hangs... no code dump - just a hang on all the plugins
No problems here..
Ok, thanks. I will check tomorrow night when I get back. I am having code dumps with r549 after going into the categories but I will check that again tomorrow.

@[member='pepxl'], hey sorry bud I just got a chance to d/load the images but Mediafire has it blocked for some kind of violation.

Strange, I only posted the link here.

Can't see how a wait screen I made was flagged unless some wise crack here reported it.

Try copying the link then pasting it in your address bar, I know MediaFire will say its blocked when hyper linked from certain forums, if it stick doesn't work ill reup it to dropbox or something

Where is the link to download this version
You have to compile it yourself until an official version is released on Google Code or go to the IRC channel and someone will get you one.

Ok I am getting a code dump on exit again. Here is what I do.

1) Run Wiiflow from system menu
2) Click the lists icon to move to nand
3) Click the lists icon to move to emulation plugins
4) Click home 2x to exit... code dump

I would like to hide the nand screen like I am able to hide the homebrew coverflow but it isn't working. Here are the pertinent sections from my wiiflow.ini:

[HOMEBREW]
current_item=
disable=yes
dump_list=no
last_cf_mode=1
lastlanguage=EN
parental=no
partition=1
smallbox=yes
sort=0
[NAND]
current_item=
disable=yes
dump_list=no
last_cf_mode=9
lastlanguage=EN
miis_from_real=yes
partition=1
path=/wiiflow/nandemu
sort=0

As you can see both homebrew and nand have the disable set to yes but only homebrew is skipped when I click the lists icon.

So I think there are 2 bugs, 1 I can't disable nand from showing up when clicking the lists icon and 2 I get a code dump (click thru on thumbnail to see it completely) when clicking to the plugins coverflow.

Gosh darn it... If I just run Wiiflow and exit it is code dumping again. I don't have to cycle thru the emulation. I am using r549 and here is the crash pic:

If I change the Exit option back to disabled it dumps the first time I exit but then the next times it exits properly. When I set it to exit to Wiiflow it exits one time w/o crashing but the next time you run and exit Wiiflow it code dumps again.

Could something be fouled up in the routine(s) that read/set values from the wiiflow.ini file? It looks like the file is read when Wiiflow starts and perhaps it is overwritting something else that is causing the code dumps?!?

Here is my complete wiiflow.ini file:

So it looks like the exit bug is back but I have a feeling the exit code is fine but something in the wiiflow.ini read code is corrupting memory in some way.

Ok, I give up. I went back to r522 and it didn't code dump on exit now. That is with the same wiiflow.ini file.

Then I went through r539, r540, r545, r548 and none of them code dumped. So I recompiled r549 and now it isn't code dumping anymore.

But I ran an emulation game and exited and it code dumped again after returning to WiiFlow and then exiting. But it now isn't sticking - I can go back into WiiFlow and run a regular game and exit w/o a code dump.

But I can repeat running an emulation game (SNES), switching back to Wii game coverflow and it code dumps on exit.

Sigh.. I need some sleep :(

#7 : My vote goes to the first one, although I guess there is a technical limitation that doesn't allow it's fruition. The second gif is cool but I think that the flow motion should belong to the whole word "WiiFlow" and not just "Flow", it would look better in my opinion. Although at heart I still love the old school dot..dot..dot that used to be the WiiFlow logo ;)
OK, quickly done this while i had a spare min, but off to do work work now :(

That is very nice but the app is currently set to display 1 of 5 png's with a .3 second delay between each. I dummied these up but I like the original dot..dot one.

Just putting my small 2 cents out there since most of these ideas I'm just agreeing with and riding on lol. Can't say it enough fix excellent work thus far, you haven't ceased to impress me with how far and fast WiiFlow is evolving.

You might like this, its currently the loading screen i use at the moment when compiling modified builds, 10 frames

i like the first one in this quote.( fades across the screen). could you upload that one please. not to keen on the hart beat one, or the one that looks like the current one. thanx pepxl.

I don't know how many frames the first one is but that's my favorite and most impressive one, it's so smooth and pimpin' lol. If possible I would love to be able to have that one as my logo but if it's too many frames I can see how it could be a pain in the ass.

Either way I'm happy with the "Heartbeat" one, over the current one, do you mind re-upping the images? I put the link directly in my address bar and it was a no-go on that one :(

Just tried r553 and am still getting code dumps. Got the first after running Super Paper Mario (worked), exited to WiiFlow (worked), switched to emulation games (worked - on the way there it asked about nand and I selected disabled), ran an SNES game (worked), exited to WiiFlow (worked), exited WiiFlow - code dump:

I tried the sequence again and it didn't ask for nand the second time through and did not code dump.

Re-ran WiiFlow and exited (worked).

Re-ran WiiFlow and ran COD Black Ops (code dump):

Re-ran WiiFlow and ran COD Black Ops (code dump):

Ran it a 3rd time and it worked. Seems very unstable :(

Are there any other games/sequences I should try to help isolate the problem?
