Rayman Origins 3DS Gets A Pre-Release Price Drop

I really wouldn't see a reason for the 3DS version since literally every other console has it and they all look good.

I got my copy for Xbox 360 for $20 on Gamestop so fuck yeah.

Definitely the best platformer of this generation though.

I got the game for $30 on the Xbox last month (because EB was having a sale). I still may pick this up if it has download play multiplayer.

For me a handheld version of a game should be different to the console/PC version. Especially this one where it can be more appreciated on a larger screen.

But hey some people want to play it on the go and only have a 3DS so its there, its not like Rayman doesn't do well on that! It had a half assed port of Rayman 2 and that sold well despite the fact that everyone must already have that by now right?

Why would that matter? Some people have a 3DS and not another console, or may not want the other versions.

Who owns only a 3DS and not either a Vita, PC (that can handle the game), Xbox 360, PS3, or Wii though?

Me for one... My laptop is on it's lat legs and saving for a new one and the DSi, XL, & 3ds are my only devices available. So yeah, this interests me...

Regarding the laptop I bought one of those ultra thin models about 3 years ago but alas, there is little to no air flow and gets plugged easily with dust. Air flow area can not accept enough pressured air to clean the dust and keep the damd thing from overheating... blah blah blah, the lesson here: don't waste money on super thin models yet... and thanks for the heads up.

All, before I got depressed I went to the local shopping centre and checked out a few stores that sell Vita and 3DS games and compared the prices of the big budget ones.

Actually this is one thing that has happened in the Nordic countries too. I usually buy my games online (from the UK for example) due to heavy taxing, but a few days ago I went to a few shops for checking 3DS game prices. Although I don't own a PSVita, I was somewhat amazed that the PSVita games are roughly around the 40-50€ mark when released while the 3DS games were closer to the 60€ mark. And I'm talking about all titles from OoT to Uncharted. Are the RRP for PSVita games lower?
