Neither did we have access to DSi Mode, but Twiizers did it anyways. Neither did we have access to DS Mode, but PassMe was developed. Every single AP in the world can be and WILL be circumvented sooner or later, that's a fact. Bam.

I think he's talking about the hacker convention which didn't say anything about hacking 3DS (or any other modern console for that matter). But I could be wrong.

I don't really need to pirate on this one as long as they keep the prices on games falling down toward around 10 bucks a piece for legit.

TBH, I hope it doesn't get hacked anytime soon. I want the system to have time to get the really good games it deserves, and develop into an awesome handheld before getting cracked.

Which makes me sad.. cuz the Vita (even though in PSP mode) has been hacked to a degree. Now they have Sega games running on it.. I still think it's the emulated PSP mode, but still. It's a step forward.

I don't know if it's a firmware thing or what.. but they have an emulator running on it already.

The only possible result of this thread is a flame war. It brings nothing to the scene, neither does it have a purpose. Yep. Reminds me of the early days with the PSP. Hopefully, nobody jumps the gun on this (be it either the hacker OR Sony, we don't need another lawsuit situation). But we'll see what happens. I won't be getting the Vita upon release anyway, so I can wait.
