Since it's a rumor I'm putting it here. If it's confirmed I'll surely move it to the front page.

A leak of the Final Fantasy Type-0 Ultimania book seems to reveal a westward release of Final Fantasy Type-0.

An excerpt from the book apparently leaked onto the internet, where an interview from the book says that they're in the process of working on a western version of the recent Final Fantasy game.

No info was given on when it will be released or in what countries, but if the interview is correct and following Square Enix's trends for localization, we could see it rather soon.

If it comes over, I hope the game is better than Crisis Core. Crisis Core was just irritating.

Crisis Core was downright terrible.

But everything I've heard from this has it coming out very positive. After Crisis Core, Square Enix made generally good FF spinoffs for the PSP, so hopefully this will continue that.

EDIT: By "generally good FF spinoffs" I mean Dissidia.

This game is great I've played a few hours of the JPN release from PSN. This getting a Western release was inevitable. Just hope it comes in time for Vita's launch.

= full 4GB Vita memory stick
*looks at SSD prices* the PSVita memory cost isn't that high.. Also do note that SSD prices were quite a bit higher a year ago.

@Xdqwerty, Don't use games that have Easy Anti-Cheat as its been exploited many times.

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's extra scummy. Ubisoft nowadays ship out incomplete games like Skull and Bones which was being worked on for nearly a decade now.

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I never knew about it at the time but a fixed version was available but you had to mail in your broken copy lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
So that version is semi rare

@Psionic Roshambo, I have a rom of the ds version of impossible mission
