It is possible you have a bad rip.ive tried with cfg (v70), no luck. in the credits menu in wiiflow, it says ios249 base 56 v6...
ya, could be a bad rip... did it matter that i selected ios36 when to "load another ios" in multi-mod manager? i couldnt install cIOS250[57]-d2x-v6, only 249...
Well, I thought I'd double check my statement here. It WAS correct at the time (as my save games on the 3rd of the trilogy attest), but it is no longer true now, on the versions I'm running above. Are you using the LoCAL release? Pretty sure that works fine for all 3 games for me, on cIOSX 7beta r417Wiiflow.Well, thanks for the advice and that. But I still would like to know if there is a solution as I read that many people do get it working.
BUT HOW???
Has anyone gotten the jerry rice and nitrus game working ? if so please tell me
Nand emulation works best with d2x v6 (base56) or rev17(base 38/56) installed on slot 249 (although d2x v6 is preferred, better overall compatibility)..Hi guys.
I have not been on the wii modding seen for a while and want to update the cios using the homebrew installer.
At the moment all wii music instruments work well and I want to keep this functionility but i would also like to have nand emulation running games from mightychannels if possible. (I would like to run mighty channels from sd and store games on usb drive (fat32))
The installer is asking me which ios to use during installation and default is set to IOS 249. It recommends using IOS236 but i do not have ios236 on my wii.
My question is should i/can i install to ios249 as it is not stubbed or should i install IOS236 first and then rerun the program and install as ios236 as suggested?
Using D2x cIOS installer V2.1. Not sure if the interface has changed/updated slightly but the initial screen only asks which ios to use during install and does not ask me for additional info i.e does not ask which base i would like to install it to as in gui screenshot on initial post either or which d2x version i would like to install it to.

IOS236 is used just to install other cIOS or IOS...but it is also possible to use IOS36 in your case because it is trucha patched.
I guess you use the hermes cIOS (222,223,224) for your instruments, so no worries there as long as you leave them alone..
the game starts fine , the problem is when I try to play it , it forces the wii to rebootHas anyone gotten the jerry rice and nitrus game working ? if so please tell me
Sorry, but posts like this are annoying. What's the issue with the game? It doesn't sound like a high profile game, so it's unlikely many people have tested it. But if you explain your issue, you might be able to get help getting the game to work.
And if you post before even getting the game, shut up!
@Slowking
you'd better edit your post and remove that link since I've never released d2x v7beta sources.
It means that link is breaking GPL rules and this is not tolerated on gbatemp.
Be patient, I'll release it officialy sooner or later
Does the GPL allow me to distribute copies under a nondisclosure agreement? (#DoesTheGPLAllowNDA)
No. The GPL says that anyone who receives a copy from you has the right to redistribute copies, modified or not. You are not allowed to distribute the work on any more restrictive basis.
If someone asks you to sign an NDA for receiving GPL-covered software copyrighted by the FSF, please inform us immediately by writing to [email protected].
If the violation involves GPL-covered code that has some other copyright holder, please inform that copyright holder, just as you would for any other kind of violation of the GPL.
Do I have “fair use” rights in using the source code of a GPL-covered program? (#GPLFairUse)
Yes, you do. “Fair use” is use that is allowed without any special permission. Since you don't need the developers' permission for such use, you can do it regardless of what the developers said about it—in the license or elsewhere, whether that license be the GNU GPL or any other free software license.
Note, however, that there is no world-wide principle of fair use; what kinds of use are considered “fair” varies from country to country.

omfg you guys are making me crazy.
- I've said those words to Slowking just to avoid gpl wars on this forum.
- I've never released d2x v7 publicly. I just gave my testers some private betas.
- If someone hosted those private betas somewhere on the net I'm not responsible for that.
- Stop breaking my balls otherwise I'll stop developing d2x.
well that are simply the rules of GPL and though you should try to follow them nobody will go out and sue you over that stuff.
And if your testers leak your stuff you should maybe do more "private" tests.
